Courses for Spring 2010

Are you curious about God and His Word?  Have you ever wanted to know more about the Priesthood of Christ?  Has God called you to the Ministry and you need to Know more about what the apostles had to say in the Pastoral Epistles?

Perhaps Justification, Sanctification and election have been confusing topics.  Or maybe you just want to be better equipped to communicate the Gospel.

PT110 - Prayer Clinic (1st 6 weeks)

This class is designed to provide principles and techniques for intercessory prayer.  Part of the class will be dedicated to practical application. 

MIN 210 - Stand Up and Be a Witness (2nd 6 weeks)

This course examines methods of effective witnessing and soul winning.  Learn to recognize evangelistic opportunities and determine appropriate approaches.

PT 102 - How to Study the Bible (1st 6 weeks) 
This course is designed to teach the basic principals for effective Bible study.

MIN 102 - Spiritual Disciplines (2nd 6 weeks)  
Emphasis is placed upon how maturity in Christ can be achieved through the disciplines of Bible reading, fasting, meditation and worship.

ST 212 - Bible Doctrine (God & Man)  
This course explores the Bible teachings on the character and nature of God in His relationship with His highest creation, man.

CH 211 - Acts/The Church in the Scripture

The history of the Christian Church from its inception on the Day of Pentecost as recorded in the book of Acts.  It outlines the origin, nature, purpose, organization, problems and progress of the church.

PT 360 - Sermon Preparation  
Learn how to develop a Bible message into a sermon and deliver it effectively.

Tuesday 6-8:30 pm

 

BIB 318:30 - John's Gospel  
In depth study of the Gospel of John with emphasis on the various “I AM” passages.
